In order to maintain the best standards of quality and detail, only a limited number of cakes or dessert orders are scheduled each week. We can only accommodate a limited amount of cakes, depending on the degree of difficulty of the orders.

We firmly believe that every order is unique, whether large or small, and that it deserves the highest attention to detail it can get. Therefore, we recommend clients place their orders as soon as they confirm the date of their event to ensure availability.

NOTICES

• A deposit will reserve the date, allowing clients to to finalize the details of their cake design at a later date if necessary. 

• We can accommodate most orders with two days’ notice, but we bake extras every day for cake emergencies.

• Any cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of picking up an order will be subject to a change or cancel fee.

• Submitting an order form does not constitute a confirmed order. Orders are not confirmed until details are confirmed with the baker and deposit is submitted. All sales are final.
